The Three C's of a successful wellness communications strategy.

Many organisations struggle to effectively communicate their workplace wellness programs. Unfortunately, set and forget strategies like putting up posters in a tea room are rarely effective.

A new study from LifeWorks explores the three C’s of a successful wellness communications strategy:

  • Content

  • Culture

  • Connection

They found that while 82% of employees had participated in at least one aspect of a wellness program, 1 in 3 employees said that their employer needed to improve at getting them excited about their program.
